Chloe Moriondo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Supporting mxmtoon\u2019s Rising Tour, Chloe Moriondo kicked off the first of two nights at Boston\u2019s Royale. Entering the stage with a beaming and contagious smile, Chloe started the show off with some of their best indie-rock and bedroom pop songs. Opening with their cheery song \u201cRly Don\u2019t Care\u201d an anthem about being unapologetically yourself. Chloe\u2019s confidence radiated throughout the crowd as fans didn\u2019t hesitate to dance and sing along.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chloe proves time and time again how versatile their music style is, performing with an acoustic version of one of my personal favorites \u201cBodybag\u201d. Their upbeat energy and melodic vocals also came in handy for their cover of \u201cLinger\u201d by The Cranberries. Chloe will be making a stop in Boston on their headlining tour at Paradise Rock Club in the fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

mxmtoon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Californian singer songwriter Maia, professionally known as mxmtoon, stopped in Boston for two nights of her \u201cRising\u201d tour. She started her set off with her lofi-pop song \u201cFalling for U.\u201d With over 200 million streams, it\u2019s no surprise that this was a crowd favorite for the night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

mxmtoon smoothly picks up speed by performing a few songs off of her newest album, Rising<\/em>. She displayed her lively character the moment \u201csad disco\u201d began to play. Her music has the perfect balance between sadness and bliss. It\u2019s no wonder she was able to perform two nights here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
