British glam rock band The Struts took over the Citizens House of Blues on Tuesday night, as part of the Remember The Name… Tour<\/em>, joined on the road by Mac Saturn. The energy both inside and around the venue was as scorching hot as the weather, and fans were all excited for a night jam packed with pure rock and roll. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sound of Boston’s “More Than A Feeling” in the background paved the way for Detroit’s own rock and roll outfit Mac Saturn to take the stage. With unmatched swagger, the band kicked off with “Diamonds” and “Young in Paradiso”. The crowd was immediately captivated by the cool, very 70’s energy emanating from the stage; the band is energetic, sexy, and lots of fun. The mood slowed down with Mike Moody’s sultry guitar solo, which served as an introduction to “Ain’t Like You”, followed by fan favorite “Mr. Cadillac”. As the show drew to a close, frontman Carson Macc would ask the audience if they would do it again with Mac Saturn more than a few times: the answer was undoubtedly yes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
