Last month I had the opportunity to catch Saint Asonia and Buckcherry at the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, NJ. To put it simply, it was one hell of a show. I saw Buckcerry two years ago at a festival and I was quite curious to see how it was in an intimate setting. As for Saint Asonia, I honestly had no idea what to expect but I have to say, I was incredibly impressed.<\/p>\n

The fans pressed their bodies against the barricade, chattering excitedly and the occasional cheer escaped from their mouths as they saw the crew begin to set up for Saint Asonia\u2019s arrival. It wasn\u2019t too long before they appeared on stage with the mad man behind the drums, Rich Beddoe, formerly of Finger Eleven, the highly energetic bassist, Corey Lowery of Eye Empire, the incredible guitarist, Mike Mushok of Staind, and finally the legend himself, Adam Gontier, formerly of Three Days Grace.<\/p>\n

Their greatly constructed setlist consisted of \u201cBetter Place,\u201d \u201cFairy Tale,\u201d Three Days Grace\u2019s \u201cAnimal I Have Become,\u201d \u201cBlow Me Wide Open,\u201d Staind\u2019s \u201cMudshovel,\u201d \u201cKing of Nothing,\u201d \u201cDying Slowly,\u201d Three Days Grace\u2019s \u201cI Hate Everything About You,\u201d \u201cStand\u2019s \u201cFor You,\u201d ending with \u201cLet Me Live My Life.\u201d SA certainly brought the show to a whole new indescribable level, but the show was far from over.<\/p>\n
