Ohio\u2019s rising rock band dangerkids has released their long awaited, 2nd full-length album, blacklist_<\/em> via Paid Vacation Records.<\/p>\n

This monumental resurgence for dangerkids after a 4 year wait following the release of their debut record Collapse<\/em> that left fans craving for new music. I for one, was counting down the days till the release. My love for dangerkids started 3 years after their album was released (You can read that review HERE<\/a>) and hasn’t stopped since.<\/p>\n

The band\u2019s influences of post-hardcore, rap and electronic is still as strong as ever on this new album. Song\u2019s like \u201cThings Could Be Different,\u201d \u201cKill Everything\u201d are great. \u00a0The stand out track, being the title track “blacklist”.<\/p>\n

I am a little bit let down. \u00a0The album is great, but not what I was hoping for. \u00a0It didn’t grab my attention like the first album and I don’t feel the same desire to listen to it on repeat.<\/p>\n
