Alter Bridge’s tour in support of 2016’s The Last Hero<\/i> rolls on, and makes its way back to New England, this time giving Rhode Island a great show at Lupo’s Heartbreak Hotel. Supporting them on this run are In Flames and Devour the Day.<\/p>\n

\nTouring in support of their 2016 album, S.O.A.R.<\/i>, Tennessee based Devour the Day kicked off the show. They put a lot of energy into their performance, and put on a really great show, however their performance was plagued with audio difficulties. The band was almost non-existent in the PA, with singer Blake Allison’s microphone not working for the first couple of songs.<\/p>\n

This struggle just got them fired up though, and I think in the end, made their performance even better.<\/p>\n
