Looking Ahead at 2022
Hope everybody’s new year is off to a great start! While we’ve had more show cancellations recently due to the pandemic, there’s a promising-looking year of shows ahead!
So many of our favorites are headed out on the road this year. Ghost and Volbeat are off on a co-headlining tour, that’s a show not to be missed! Later this winter, legendary guitarist Slash will be heading out with Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators. Korn and Slipknot have both announced headlining tours, and both tours are hitting some cities they don’t normally see. We’re looking forward to both of their stops in Providence!
Shinedown has multiple tours announced for the first half of the year, and with a new album coming soon from them, I’m sure many more dates will follow.
Judas Priest hits the road this spring, making up the dates they had to cancel last fall when guitar player Richie Faulkner had emergency surgery on his heart following a show. We are happy to hear he’s recovered, and look forward to seeing them!
Megadeth & Lamb of God announced a new leg of “The Metal Tour of the Year.” Trivium will still be on it, and it looks like In Flames will actually make it across the pond to join them this time!
What shows are you looking forward to? We’ve got our fingers crossed that the Rammstein stadium tour will finally happen this fall.
So here’s to a great year, with a lot of great shows!
