Death From Above 1979 recently had the privilege to record at The Third Man records location in Nashville. Third man records was started by Jack White in 2001, and in 2009 he opened this venue, which features a direct-to-acetate recording capability. Last month the band released a live album adding to a series of vinyl that has been released using this process.

They will be heading out on tour to promote it this summer and we will be covering them on June 24th at Lupos Heartbreak Hotel! AWOLNATION, whose big hit was ‘Sail,’ will be touring with them.
