Halestorm
Mohegan Sun Arena
Uncasville, CT
August 2, 2018
These boots are made for walkin… and rockin’.
Halestorm’s lead singer Lzzy Hale walked out on the Mohegan Sun Arena stage in the most rock star pair of boots, with heels. She spent the set stomping around stage, belting out her hits without missing a beat. Fans were ecstatic to hear their favorites like “Love Bites (So Do I)”, “I Miss the Misery”, and “It’s Not You.”
Maybe it’s the female lead singer, but while the band gives off a real “girl power” feel, Lzzy is actually outnumbered, 3 to 1. Her brother and percussionist Arejay Hale, guitarist Joe Hottinger and bassit John Smith make up the rest of this quartet from Red Lion, Pennsylvania.
Did you miss the show? Catch them the next time they come around. Halestorm is well known for their near non-stop touring, often performing as many as 250 shows a year!
