I Prevail

In May 2015, I went to shoot I Prevail in Worcester, as a favor to a promoter who had got me my first photo pass years earlier. They’re not quite my style, but they put on a good show. Meanwhile, my girlfriend fell in love with them, and they’ve become her favorite band. This show was our fourth time seeing them, but the first time we saw them as headliners. I have to say, I’m extremely impressed with how this band has developed and grown stronger over the last 18 months. They were tight, full of energy, and commanded the crowd at Fete Music Hall. While we saw them open the show at Heavy Montreal this summer, in coming years I think we’re going to see them with a much higher billing on festivals.
