Wicked Halloween
Diplo & Nervo
Tsongas Center
October 29, 2015
The three night EDM event Wicked Halloween kicked off last night at the Tsongas Center in Lowell, MA. A young crowd full of Halloween costumes partied to a full night of music. Local DJ Joe Bermudez kicked off the night while the crowd rolled in. Once 4B hit the stage, the house lights dimmed, and then the show really began. Amidst the thumping bass and flashing lights and lasers, the stage saw various dancers and performers accompanying the DJs throughout the night. Stilt-walkers, trapeze artists, dancers dressed like nurses out of Silent Hill, hula-hoop dancers, and a mummy with a disco-ball boxing glove were just some of the entertainment on stage. NERVO probably had the most impressive stage show, but once headliner Diplo hit the stage, the audience erupted, and it was all about the music.
If you enjoy EDM shows, there’s still time to catch the final two nights. Tonight it continues in Lowell with RL Grime, Big Gigantic and Waka Flocka Flame, while tomorrow night it moves to Foxwoods with Steve Aoki, Shaq (as DJ Diesel) and more!
